Registration & Payment

Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstance, including non-attendance, cancellation by the registrant, or any other reason.

A registration is confirmed only after both the Association has approved the registration and the payment has been verified by a Finance Admin. Submitting a registration or a payment does not by itself confirm your place.

Your Data

Personal data collected during registration is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.

The Association's Rights

The Association reserves the right to decline, hold, or cancel any registration at its discretion.

Photography

Photographs and video may be taken at Association events and may be used in Association publications, the website, and social media.
