This notice explains how the Kantonagor High School Alumni Association handles the personal data you provide when you sign up, register for an event, donate, or sponsor an event.

What we collect

Identity and contact details (name, date of birth, mobile number, email, address), academic history (batch, class, roll), and payment slip images.

Why we collect it

To verify membership eligibility, process event registrations and payments, communicate with you about the Association, and maintain accurate historical records.

Who can see it

Only authorised Association administrators, on a need-to-know basis for their role. Directory visibility of your profile is controlled by your own privacy settings in My Account.

How long we keep it

For as long as you remain a member, and afterwards as required for financial and historical record-keeping.
